I’m Lucinda Pepper.

I am a speaker, writer & communications consultant working within the intersections of healing & social justice. I am creative, an artist, a deep observer.

My work engages people with active love practices to interrupt interpersonal violence and to reclaim self-belonging.

I offer narrative strategy, writing, coaching, and communications consulting services for people & organizations who are stewarding transformative & revolutionary visions for our world at the intersections of love, justice, reciprocity and care.

I also facilitate workshops, offer keynote and motivational talks, & curate virtual and live events.

What People Are Saying…

“I very much enjoyed your presentation. I left with valuable nuggets of wisdom. New perspective. Loved how open you were with your story. Appreciated how intentional you were with reminding us to get comfortable and take care of ourselves. You are very much appreciated. Thank you.”

— CE, MCOCS Solstice Community Resources

“This week I led a training for law, psychology, and social work students on well-being and secondary traumatic stress that went extremely well. I am able to thoughtfully lead through my work with the DEI committee and make a positive difference for the staff as a whole...All of these ripples are a result of your incredible guidance and support, and I’m so grateful.”

— JD, Social Worker at CVT

"They were amazing at helping me define terms around being a fat woman in today's world. Lucinda offered thoughtful feedback, and I loved how they asked for my consent about how much information I wanted feedback on, [and] about my personal feelings- that was so refreshing.

It was easy for me to work with Lucinda, to feel free to make mistakes until the words started to flow with coherence, and I could create a meaningful story to share. "
