What Worlds Are YouR Words Building?

Violence gets in the way of Your Authenticity and Belonging.

Violence in current U.S. culture is so normalized that you might not even notice how you internalize the interpersonal violence you witness around you every day. Consciously or unconsciously directing violent actions toward ourselves and others is a part of this normalization. And, like more than half of all adults in the U.S., you’ve probably lived through some violent interpersonal experiences.

Do you experience:

  • overly critical self-talk?

  • persistent feelings that you are not enough?

  • negative self-esteem / self-regard?

  • overwhelming sensations in your body that accompany stress, anxiety and depression?

  • beliefs that aren’t helpful around your worth, value, and belonging?

Are you ready to interrupt interpersonal violence?

I have experienced significant traumas and a lot of interpersonal violence. I have dedicated my life to healing, and for decades now I’ve worked to move through pain, suffering and trauma - including what I was inflicting on myself- so I could feel more healed and reclaim my belonging, authenticity and wholeness.

I have learned from and turned over my negative experiences to find the gems beneath them, because I want to help you heal from interpersonal violence and experience your own thriving, wholeness & worthiness!

I have wisdom, practices, frameworks, and tools to share with you, that can help you to heal, make a difference in the environments around you and to live a less-violent life.

You don’t have to lose any more of your life to violence.

  • Recover your sense of wholeness

  • Reclaim your self-belonging

  • Return to your authentic self

  • Use active love practices to interrupt internalized and externally-directed interpersonal violence in your body-mind-spirit, home, workplace and communities.

What My Clients Are Saying

“When it comes to the skill you have of creating belonging and moving us all forward together, what makes your work so powerful is the combination of the fierceness with which you approach social justice concerns paired with the gentleness and authenticity you bring to relationships and communication.

You are so closely attuned to the limits, and how not to go past them. You find that line where discomfort is still growth and healing, yet doesn't edge into pain.”

"They were amazing at helping me define terms around being a fat woman in today's world. Lucinda offered thoughtful feedback, and I loved how they asked for my consent about how much information I wanted feedback on, [and] about my personal feelings- that was so refreshing.

It was easy for me to work with Lucinda, to feel free to make mistakes until the words started to flow with coherence, and I could create a meaningful story to share. "
