Speaking & Facilitation

I am on a mission to help people interrupt violence through active love practices and self-belonging.
I light up when speaking, facilitating, and consulting about:
—Using active love practices to interrupt and dismantle internalized and externalized interpersonal violences.
—Integrating conscious and inclusive language, consent, and trauma-informed practices in your presentations, speeches, written artifacts, practices, policies, and evaluations.
—Why it’s important to create LGBTQ+ inclusive wellness and healing businesses.
—My experiences as a thriving, healing queer, nonbinary Femme who has survived intimate partner violence, school bullying and sexual assault.
—How to counter violence and create belonging in Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging (DEI, DEIB) programs.

I have been creating, curating, and facilitating events and experiences that are collective, participatory, transformative, and healing since 2007.
All events that I present are informed by the following lenses:
my extensive background in trauma-informed somatic and body-based healing
social justice non-hierarchical frameworks
anti-racism practices and frameworks
conscious, inclusive, and trauma informed language and conceptualization
individual and community healing and resilience practices, and
collective care.

CereMonies
I have created personal and group rituals and ceremonies for over 20 years. I am available to create and facilitate in-person or virtual ritual and ceremony to help you process, grieve, release, celebrate, and welcome during the transformational and important intersections in your life:
queer marriages
baby blessings
coming of age ceremonies
gender affirmation ceremonies
space clearings
trauma releasing ceremonies
healing with new health realities
…and more…
Not in Minnesota or a nearby region? I can curate and create your special ceremony to be held remotely by Zoom or other videoconferencing technology, or with appropriate resourcing, I can travel to you.

I’m here to collaborate
with artists, dancers, photographers, writers, changemakers, curators, disruptors, connectors, collectives, cooperatives, activists, organizers…
