I provided a sensitivity reading and authenticity review for the second-draft manuscript of Trusting Change (Skinner House Publishing, 2022) by literary minister and award-winning author Karen Hering. Through this process, I provided feedback on language that included insensitive references to people or groups or was otherwise not representative, and offered conscious and inclusive language choices for replacing that content.
